Early life.
Nneka Isaac Moses is a Nigerian presenter, fashion designer, and the co-founder and Managing director of the African cultural show Goge Africa.
Their love is so strong that Nneka confesses that not even death can separate them, just as Moses said “I can't live without her”.

It was my very first time on a movie set. They cast Isaac as my boyfriend in the movie. So, we were both in a room and we were asked to open the door once we heard the Director say “Action”. Standing at one corner of the room, I had my script in hand trying to revise my lines diligently. I was a bit nervous, as it was my first attempt at acting. Then all of a sudden; Isaac grabbed me and kissed me so hard that he sucked both my lips into his mouth, as if he was going to eat me up instantly! I struggled out of his grip, and without a second thought I gave him a hot slap on his left cheek then stormed out of the room.

A few days after the movie shoot, he came to my house seeking forgiveness and wanting to make-up for his unruly behavior. Although I had forgiven him, he insisted on a date with me.

Goge Africa has been an interesting pan-African tourism and cultural programme on television for years, with loads of dramatic visuals that keep a lot of people glued to their televisions when it is on air. The programme is produced by Isaac Moses and his wife, Nneka.

In this interview with CHRISTY ANYANWU, the couple, who met in 1996 and got married in October 1997, shared the story of their incredible journey, including how their relationship started and blossomed into being husband and wife, as well as promoters of one of Africa’s biggest culture and tourism brands.

What is it like working with your better half?

Nneka: The truth is, Isaac is a very understanding person. He’s an easy-going person. He’s not that sort of man that barks at you. He would say, Nne, I told you not to put this thing on the floor. Why is it on the floor? And I would quickly go and remove it.
