While it has already been featuring them in promotional commercials for weeks, NBC has formally revealed the identities of the 16 contestants who will compete on its non-celebrity revival of The Apprentice this fall.
The revival -- the first non-celebrity Donald Trump edition of The Apprentice in three years and seventh overall -- will premiere Thursday, September 16 at 9PM ET/PT with a special two-hour premiere. Following its debut, The Apprentice will air in the Thursdays at 10PM ET/PT time period.
The Apprentice edition had been ordered by NBC in March and finished filming in New York City in late June.
Like the show's prior non-celebrity editions, the contestants -- who NBC is calling "economically challenged" and includes struggling business owners, recent college graduates and the unemployed -- will be competing for the opportunity to land a job within The Trump Organization with a six-figure salary.
